MARKETING TEAM: Kathy Heinrich – Graduate of Enterprise State Community College - Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. Having been a member of the WWDR Team since its 2003 inception, I have a well-rounded and varied experience in all areas of the business - from the bottom up. Since becoming Classified Sales Manager early on, I have been assisting companies and con- tractors with their advertising needs in a family-friendly manner. I am not only limited to classified sales, for each of us in the marketing team are well-versed in every avenue of sales and assist across the board. Attending various industry-related trade shows has provided me a greater understanding of the markets we serve and ways to better assist WWDR Team’s advertisers. Brenda Helms – My sense of humor is one of my major attributes – as I put it, I want to live in a world with innovative businesses, magazines that come bundled with extra dark chocolate, and a force field around my keyboard that repels sticky-fingered children. (Just a bit of humor for your day.) Having come to WWDR with over 20 years of customer service experience, I pride myself with the ability to make our customers comfortable and know they are number one with us by providing fun, friendly, courteous customer service, while identifying and addressing the concerns and needs of all customers. A well-rounded person provides a variety of ways to help customers, and in my spare time I design creative novelty cakes and like running barefoot at the lake. EDITORIAL TEAM: Bonnie Love – Arriving at the WWDR office in 2007, I began a challenge and quickly rose from Associate Editor to Editor. No, I didn’t start out with a knowledge of drilling, but my love for geology and my past writing experience at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission in Ohio, sure was helpful. This industry and its constantly changing environment through the many areas of drilling covered by WWDR , helps me stay focused as there is no downtime - we are always eagerly looking for the best way to bring industry news to the forefront for our more than 42,000 subscribers each month. Customer Service is a top priority here at WWDR and my 25 plus years in that field comes in handy as I help customers highlight their products and services or as I travel to different trade events and actually get to meet our advertisers and subscribers first hand. A rarity in most magazines, but not here at WWDR . We are encouraged to attend the events - to get out there and meet those we serve! I thoroughly enjoy it! On a personal note, I am the proud mother of two who have done their best to keep me on my toes. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a geologist in my own right one day. My mom always told me “if you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I have finally found that with WWDR . It makes me smile to hear the many compliments about the magazine as a whole and especially the articles. So, if you have a new product, great article idea, maybe you even have information about a cool new project, help us bring it to the world – through WWDR ! Amy White – A 2005 graduate of the University of West Florida, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities with an emphasis in English. Before finding a home at WWDR in 2013, I taught English, journalism, and creative writing in the Florida Public School System. I’ve been following the drilling industry through my own research and by attending conferences and trade events, which aid me greatly in understanding the many areas of the industry, and allow me to compose exciting articles for WWDR focused on drilling’s current events, history, and interesting characters. Contributing Writers – Writer’s Pool consists of a complete team of writers with hands-on knowledge and experience in the fields they report on providing vast knowledge for subscribers worldwide. PRODUCTION: Marcel Schimpf – Currently the only international member of the WWDR Team, I came from Germany over 10 years ago with the love of my life. Having held a few positions locally, I found WWDR in need of my varied services and education. I continue my education to improve graphics and Web site creation, which I enjoy very much. The layout of the entire magazine is “my baby”, and since coming to WWDR Team, I have improved my methods. Working with our customers to create their very own advertisements is a number one concern to me and is greatly appreciated by them. REPRESENTATIVES IN THE FIELD: Mary Lynn Mixson – I came to WWDR several years ago with a varied background which enables me to readily speak and assist people the world over. After taking a hiatus from WWDR , I coauthored an inspirational book. I have traveled extensively and enjoy meeting new people and seeing new places. Representing a magazine such as WWDR enables me to use my experiences in economic development, my education in English and art, as well as more than 20 years of writing and file organization. The smiles we bring across the world excite me. See More on the Next Page
