Robit Acquires Halco Robit Plc has agreed to purchase the manufacturing assets and industrial property rights from Halco International LLC and Halco America LLC. As part of a global growth strategy, Robit Plc strengthens its footprint in the USA, which includes a 40,000-square-foot manufacturing factory in Sherman, Texas. With this purchase, Robit Plc receives the strong brand of Halco and an excellent presence in the USA. Halco is a pioneer brand in down-the-hole (DTH) drilling equipment. Robit Plc will be manufacturing its DTH-line products used for quarrying, construction, mining, and well drilling applications.
