In Memoriam Terry Lynn Marcott Terry Marcott was born September 24, 1957, and passed away on March 1, 2017. He was a Command Sergeant Major of the Army Reserves and served his country for 34 years. He was also a Mason. He spent approximately 25 years with International Paper managing various sales territories within the USA. At the age of 50, he volunteered for a one-year stint in Iraq. Following the Iraq experience, he joined the mining industry. At the age of 51, Terry began a new career with Varel International as a district manager. In record time, he and his team increased Varel’s customer base, market share, and built many long-lasting valuable rela- tionships and memories with customers, as well as other key suppliers to the mining industry. Terry spent 10 years managing Varel International’s business in the USA, Canada, and most recently Mexico. He also enjoyed running and was very active in local running circles. He coached many runners to perform their best and ran countless marathons including the Boston Marathon more than ten times. Terry was married to his wife Nancy for 38 beautiful years and he was a loving father to two daughters Rebecca and Amanda, who admired him greatly; he was also a loving Papa to his precious granddaughter Destiny whom he en- joyed playing the "Love You Most" game with. Jeanette Livijn sadly lost her battle with a serious disease and left this earth on March 13, 2017, at the young age of 54. She was the senior vice president for organizational development for Atlas Copco. She started her Atlas Copco career in 1987, in the field of financial and business controlling. Beginning in 1997, she held managerial positions within human resource management. Before she took her most recent role, she was vice president of human resources for the Industrial Technique business area. She is survived by her husband Richard and three daughters. “We are all deeply saddened,” said Ronnie Leten, president and CEO. “Jeanette was a fantastic person who contributed to Atlas Copco’s success in many ways during many years. Our thoughts are with her family in this difficult moment.” Lest we forget...
