Tips by Tim Connor I thought I would share some tips I have accumulated over the years: j Live totally in the present moment; it is all you really have. j Old baggage causes stress and keeps you stuck in the past. j To see yourself as a victim is to wish your circumstances to continue. j Begin without regard for the ending. Let the end take care of itself. j Detach from outcomes. Life can change in a heartbeat. j You are responsible to people, not for them. j Forget your mistakes but remember their lessons. j Release the expected and embrace the unexpected. j Your past doesn't equal your future unless you let it. j Would you rather be happy or right? j Once you accept something, the struggle ends. j Everything and everyone in your life is a teacher. j Adversity is a teacher, don't run or hide from it. j Small achievements are stepping stones to greatness. j Anticipate great things - you might be surprised at what you get. j Get busy, keep busy consistently and you can accomplish anything. j Arrogance is nothing but fear hidden deep in your mind and heart. j You cannot control what happens, but you can control what you choose to learn. j Acceptance is one of the highest forms of self-love and the love of others. j Life owes you nothing. What you get in life that has lasting and positive value, you earn from your own efforts. j All choices have consequences. Some are positive, some negative, some are immediate, and others delayed. j Shoot for the stars and you may reach the moon. It's not so bad. j Regrets keep you stuck in the past. j Keep your front door open and your back door locked.
