Wyatt Franks, assistant product marketing man- ager for Doosan Portable Power has been appoint- ed to secretary of the Green Committee for the Electrical Generating Systems Association. The appointment was made at the spring convention. BJM Pumps Welcomes New Staff Members Mario Alvarez joins the BJM Team as region- al sales manager cover- ing Latin America. He will be responsible for estab- lishing pump distribution and selling channels for Central and South America, as well as Mexico. Andrew Pascal accept- ed the position of produc- tion and inventory control coordinator. Caleb Traut was awarded the 2012 Dave Williams Scholarship at the Minnesota Water Well Association annual meeting ear- lier this year. 2013 Madsen Community Service Award The 2013 Wayne Madsen Award for Community Service was presented to Jack Daniel at the Nebraska Well Drillers Association’s annual convention. The award was presented by past Madsen recipient Mike Allen.
