Managing Director of the National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC), Hamid Reza Golpayegani, said the two sides agreed to set up a joint working group for boosting technical and training cooperation. "It was agreed that a number of Iraq’s drilling sector experts come to Iran to take part in NIDC’s training courses in engineering and technical services [specializing] in diversion drilling," Golpayegani stated. GE Oil & Gas Establishes New Global Headquarters GE Oil & Gas announced it will establish its new global headquarters in London, England. “London was selected as the new headquarters location given its position as a leading international business and travel hub. From this location, a team of leaders from our global support functions will be able to more efficiently reach and serve our colleagues and businesses globally,” said Dan Heintzelman, president and CEO of GE Oil & Gas. Florence will remain the global headquarters for GE Oil & Gas Turbomachinery Products & Services. The company expects to relocate some employees, mainly associated with the support functions, to the new London office which is expected to be operational by January 2014.
