WorldWide Drilling Resource

Ronnie’s Real World This first few monthshavereal- lycausedmyhead to spin ~ literally! Y O U R - WWDR Team amazes me with their fortitude and determina- tion to ensure the very best for our drilling indus- try. They not only work exception- ally hard on the day-to-day tasks of research, preparation, layout, calling our advertisers and subscribers the world over, accounts receivable, accounts payable, database, E-News Flash , layout of magazines (2), prepa- ration of advertisements; they even take out the garbage and clean toilets if need be; not to mention they also travel the world so the drilling industry is fully covered! We do it all, because that’s what a Team does. And to think, they didn’t know a thing about this industry or the people they work so hard to help when they first came onboard with WorldWide Drilling Resource, Inc. They are truly amazing! This month of April will see WorldWide at conferences across the globe - Spain; Ontario, Canada; Ames, Iowa; Chile; Spearfish, South Dakota; Wichita Falls, Texas; Red Deer, Canada; and even a special Open House for Geoprobe ® ! Yes, the WWDR Team is ready for it all and still manages to get the magazines out “On Time ~ Every Time!” Oh, I nearly forgot, and they do Service Seminars (Skits Really), that wow the crowd! My special thanks to each of them and to you for allowing us all to come into your homes, offices, and on your jobsites. And...in a few words, that’s Ronnie’s REAL WORLD ! I love it! see you on the trail ... As a young boy, I remember play- ing outside after a rain when the mud puddles had dried up. I would slowly pour water into the outermost areas of these dried mud formations just to see how the water would travel through the many cracks and ridges. Little did I realize how such a simple childlike act could someday come back to mind so many years later in my work as a water dowser. I now ask myself, “Could it possibly be that underground water fol- lows similar paths beneath the surface, but on a larger scale?” This would cer- tainly explain why productive water wells can often be encountered between (and adjacent to) deep dry boreholes. As above, so below? How I wish I had all the answers. The statements and comments in this article are my own and are based on information and references believed to be true and factual.
