After discussing his drilling conditions, he purchased a 6½ five wing Diamond Devil PDC. He used the bit every day for two years, having over 130,000 feet of logged drilling on it, and then he sent it in to be repaired. After inspection, we determined it was unrepairable as the gauges were totally worn off. We called and asked him if he would like a new one sent out as a replacement bit.
