Born in Licking County, Ohio, in 1925, he was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army. From the time Richard was in his teens and after the war, he worked in the oil drilling industry. Then in 1965, he founded the Richard L. Mount Water Well Drilling Company. He was a member of the Heath Church of Christ, theAmerican Legion, Eagles, and the Ohio Water Well Association. Richard is survived by his children Richard (Pat), Pat (Mike), Rod, Tracy, and Todd (Cammy); 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The management and staff of WWDR offer their sympathies to Richard’s family and friends.
