More to think about... HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY, and Best Wishes for a Very Prosperous New Year to you! As we move into 2014, one thing comes to mind for me as I write this “Ronnie’s Page 6” as it is known here in the WWDR Office. Look at this photo to the right which I received from Panhandle Veterinarians in Chipley, Florida. Their office believes exactly as we do, SERVICE is the number one priority. As many know, Al and I had to put down our companion, Scruffy (Schnauzer) last year. The kindness of our veterinarian in sending out this little card acknowledging our loss, hit home with me as it should with you. The best part was, each and every one signed it per- sonally! Treat each and every one of your customers with the utmost respect and care. Remember always, they are your customers = your survival = your family’s future. And most of all, they are people, just like you and me who deserve to be treated as we would like to be treated. The WWDR Team always strives to treat each subscriber, advertiser, potential advertiser (and even those who may never advertise with us), association, and each other with total respect and appreciation. If you are ever mistreated by anyone here at WorldWide Drilling Resource, Inc. , you are asked to let us know, and we will rectify that situation so it won’t happen again. That’s just the way we are. Now, in that regard, please read my personal apology to a very dear friend, in the article entitled, “Probably Does Not Mean Positively” . Yes, we are all human, including me. We all make mistakes, but here at WWDR we do admit it when we do. There is yet another article I would like to direct your attention to; that’s the one in Ronnie’s Real World . Seems people may not understand the real reason for this magazine, nor why or how it is for- matted. So I thought I’d give a little more detailed insight. Questions?
