Christina Royall is Given Certificate of Appreciation Christina Royall received a certificate of appreciation from the Petroleum and Water Department’s United States Army Quartermaster School in Fort Lee, Virginia. The award was given to Royall for her outstanding support of the department’s 92W, Water Treatment Specialist, Military Occupational Specialty training program.
