6 JULY 2015 WorldWide Drilling Resource ® What’s NEW and what’s OLD at WWDRR ? Think this is a silly book? I suggest it might be about each and every one of us and our lives. It deserves a “read”. As you all know, my life has taken several unexpected turns recently. But not only “my” life, the lives of my family, my friends, my coworkers, my associates, and countless others. My son Troy brought this book to my house a couple weeks ago and told me “It may not look like much [a small paperback, most of us would pass up], but Mom, it is a very good book. I’ve read it and it made me really think.” I must admit, it sat on my dining room table, moved to my nightstand, then it followed me into my livingroom where I decided I should pick it up and read it! This morning I found myself not wanting to put it down! It made me think hard about all the changes that have occurred in such a short period of time - then I thought about why I wanted to begin this magazine. Two reasons actually: I realized my husband would probably not outlive me because of our age differences, and I would need a rea- son to go forward; then the reason this magazine is what it is - its variety of drilling. There is a purpose, it is set up this way...to help YOU find “NEW CHEESE” . Yes, this simple little book showed me much more than I ever thought it would. It has renewed my purpose in life and given me direction. May I suggest you read it for your own well-being as well as your family’s?
