Units Made Just for You Boshart Industries has a line of in- dustrial pitless units designed with the customer in mind. The units are avail- able in sizes 5-12 inches, in both ductile iron and stainless steel. The NSF-certified, baked epoxy fin- ish provides excellent corrosion resist- ance. All units 8 inches and larger are supplied with raised face flanges for positive sealing on all three connec- tions to simplify the installation process and eliminate corrosion due to galvanic action between dissimilar metals. The units have five through pas- sages for pump cable, ai r l ines, controls, and chlo- rination equipment to allow access to the well for test- ing and measure- ment equipment. FPTs (female pipe threads) i n the spools’ top plate allow for installa- tion of cable seals for use in artesian well applications.
