Join WWDR in Columbus, Ohio, at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North for the Annual Ohio Water Well Association Convention and Trade Show. This two-day event, November 19-20, will include plenty of educational opportunities with sessions regarding safety, technology, changes in Ohio’s Rules, and more. Every session will feature cash prizes for attendees! Registration will open at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The trade show starts at 6:00 p.m., followed by a re- ception. Friday begins at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast. After the morning educational sessions, stop by the trade show floor beginning at 10 a.m. Raffle and 50/50 winners will be announced at 3:00 p.m. Register today at ohiowaterwell.org Anchorage Alaska’s Dena’ina Center is set to host the Alaska Miners Association Fall Convention November 1-7. Sunday and Monday will feature short courses and Tuesday - Thursday you can attend the technical sessions and trade show. The closing banquet will take place on Thursday. MSHA’s (Mine Safety and Health Administration’s) surface training will take place on Friday, followed by MSHA’s underground training refresher course on Saturday.
