In Memoriam Jimmie Lee Fennell (1945~2020) Jimmie lee Fennell passed away January 15, at his home in Arroyo Hondo, New mexico. He was owner and operator of Fennell Drilling Company, serving Taos and Colfax counties for 38 years. A past board member of the New mexico and mountain States Ground Water Associations, Jimmie was a great guy to be around. Jimmie is survived by his wife of 52 years, Alta Jean; sister Nancy (Gene); brother Richard; numerous nieces, nephews, greats, great-greats, and many wonderful friends. JDKemp (1954~2020) Husband, father, Papa Bear, racer, geologist, and well drilling professional, JD Kemp passed away January 26, in Tallahassee, Florida. JD is survived by his wife Gayle; his daughters by heart Allyne, Danielle, Ashlie, and Kelly; friend and son-in-law James; son-in-law Josh; precious and beloved grandchildren Jamie and JT; sister Kitty; friend and brother-in-law Rick; biological children Jennifer and Sawyer (Savanna); and stepson Phillip. The management and staff of WWDR extend their condolences to Jimmie’s and JD’s family and friends.
