Walsh appointed 15 people to serve as members on the Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH). This committee provides advice and assistance to the assistant secretary on occupational safety and health with respect to setting construction standards and policy matters affecting federally financed or assisted construction. Members will serve two-year terms and represent the interests of the public, employers, employees, as well as state and federal government. The committee generally meets two to six times per calendar year for one or two days per meeting. The newly-appointed members include the following: Five employee representatives: =Cheryl M.
