WorldWide Drilling Resource

9 AUGUST 2022 WorldWide Drilling Resource® Liebherr Launches Six New Unplugged Machines Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH launched six new unplugged products for the construction industry for piling, drilling, and lifting. They are the LRH 100.1 unplugged and LRH 200 unplugged piling rigs; LB 25 unplugged and LB 30 unplugged drilling rigs; and the LR 1130.1 unplugged and LR 1160.1 unplugged crawler cranes. The battery is charged using a conventional jobsite electric supply. Operation can continue as normal while charging. To change to battery operation, just pull out the plug, therefore “unplugged”. Whether attached to the electric supply or not, the performance and range of application remains unchanged. The new design of the LRH 200 extends the range of applications. In addition to piling, the machine can be used for continuous flight auger, full displacement and down-the-hole drilling, as well as soil mixing work. All six models are available in both conventional and battery-operated versions and have identical performance specifications. Some of them save us time, money, energy, and even improve relationships and life in general - while others can destroy all of these. So, we have choices when we decide to create habits that will help us navigate life. One, decide you want to improve some life area with a new habit; or two, let a new habit you didn’t choose (or even deny) control your actions, decisions, and behavior. Example: You create a new time management habit to read for 30 minutes every night or morning. In a year, you add around 120 hours to your self-improvement process and education. Or, every night when you wake up in the middle of the night, you grab another dessert or sweet of some kind, adding a few hundred calories to your body mass every day. We all have hundreds of hourly, daily, weekly routines or habits we pay no attention to. They rule our lives. So, can we eliminate habits, form new ones, or change or modify the ones we have? Yes, yes, and yes! But, it isn’t easy or it won’t happen fast. Changing, improving, or adding new habits can take between 30 and 60 days of focused, passionate, planned, executed, and evaluated time and effort. Getting rid of a habit can happen in an instant, but keeping it out of your lifestyle can take courage, patience, attention, selfaccountability, and often someone in your life to help you.
