Through North American Pile Croppers, Pinnacle will be supplying the comprehensive cropper range designed, manufactured, and supplied from the UK. The company will also provide full aftermarket care, spare parts, and dedicated customer service. With this goal in mind, the company identified the potential of National Pile Cropper’s Group’s range of pile croppers. Hydraulic pile croppers were developed to make the task of reducing piles much safer and efficient than traditional methods, which were usually done by hand with manual breakers. Using the pile cropper results in a perfect horizontal finish, with undamaged reinforcement, and no cracks below cut-off level. Connection is made through the use of quick release fittings on excavators, which lift the pile cropper over the pile. A complete horizontal fracture is made at the cut-off level by using chisels to penetrate up to the rebars.
