Infrastructure Funding Available Adapted from Information by the South Carolina Rural Water Association Competitive grants totaling $12 mil- lion have been announced by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) Board. This financial assistance is available through two grant program categories: Basic Infrastructure and Economic Infrastructure. Application due dates are September 15, 2014, andMarch 16, 2015.
