28 JULY 2020 WorldWide Drilling Resource ® Preplanning an event is only half of an event, while making it easier for the exhibitors and attendees is the most important half of the event. The WWDR Team knows how stressful it can be to plan to attend when you have never been to an event before. To help you and us plan for this, the FIRST ANNUAL WorldWide DownHome DrillFest™ , we felt it very important to give you a preview of the layout of the facility inside and out. This sketch is made to give you an idea of what it might look like should we still be in personal / social distancing status come the end of October 2020. This is a worse case scenario. By then, we look forward to filling this historic Welk Theatre in Branson, Missouri, with exhibits both indoors and out. You can see the traffic flow with the booth spacing in the theatre itself on this page along with the outdoor registration completion tables to allow attendees / late entry exhibitors, as well as any changes that need to be made prior to entering the registration and badge pickup area at the Box Office. The begins when you are greeted outside by the WWDR Team and escorted indoors. The enormous parking area, directly across the street, shown on the adjacent page, will host the drill rigs and other large equipment displays along with more table top displays. On the inside, as you pass the Concession Stand on either side, you will enter the 2500-seat theatre where the main full day of exhibits, Keynote Speakers, as well as the evening’s entertainment will be found. BUT WAIT! - Make sure you come early - WWDR and the great exhibitors and attendees have a chance at one of the best Welcome Parties ever ~ DownHome for sure! It begins with music (bring your guitar!), karaoke contests, refreshments, and snacks. Time to kick back and take in the beauty of fall in the Ozarks - BRANSON STYLE! SURPRISE - SURPRISE - HEADS UP!
